What is the difference between ‘among’ and ‘between’ and other common errors?

In this edition of Redaction Tips (4) I have included some explanations of more typical errors I have seen while correcting documents written by Spanish people.

Among these are the following;

  1. How do you usually say ‘concreto’ in English?
  2. How do you usually say ‘competencia’ in English?

And other common mistakes.   I hope it helps.
